Freeview is really just a name they gave to digiboxes to help market them!

Freeview is a way of recieving digital television by terestrial transmission metheds (ie doen your TV aerial).

Cable boxes and Satalite boxes can also be digital, and therefore sometimes called digiboxes too!..... These either need a cable connection fromk the Fibreoptic feed, or a dish to recieve signals transmitted from Satelites!

Yes, they are the same. However "digital box" could also encompass the description of a Sky receiver so it would be more accurate to use "Freeview Box" in this context.

basically the same, although a cable or sky tv box can also be called a digital box.
