u need a software program such as roxio, nero, or windows media. Insert your cd, import your material, right click usually gives you the option "convert file format." Then you can switch AIFF or WAV into MP3. Good luck.

Ahead Nero CD writing software has a plugin to convert audio CDs into MP3 and MP3Pro.

Go to the link below and download the software from there. It will convery your Audio CDs into mp3 and then use Nero/Roxio, etc to put them back on a blank CD.
