Use lip pencil to draw abit outside the real lips and then apply the lipstick or lipgloss to this drawn line and your lips will appear bigger. when you pick the lip pencil pick one that is lighter then the lipstick's och lipgloss's color. I think you would do just fine..

No matter what sillies tell you: Botox is NEVER injected in the lips. It is an anti-wrinkle injection. Collagen is used in the lips, so is fat and Restylane. The effect will fade after 2-4 months, sometimes earlier. Plus it is costly.
Best is to learn how to apply lipliner and makeup to enhance your lips.

Use a lip plumping lip gloss. It makes your lips look bigger without it being permanent.

erm...u can try using those lip plumper...after that use a lip liner and draw it further out a bit...don't exaggerate too much or itll look really obvious follow by a gloss.

The simplest way. (with no needles) is jsut use lip liner farther from your natural lip line, and fill it in with lipstick of almost the same color.

well theres always plastic surgery baby or you'll just have to do with lip illusions and try different & unusual colors.
