Who manufactures one shot golf clubs&caddy?

All i can find on the handle is a logo saying one shot,also on the head of each driver.Colors are like a purple pearl,looks like new.

I'm no expert, but it appears that the One Shot clubs are (where) made by Knight Golf. Not sure about caddy, can you post some more details?
