if u try yoga but under trainer and constant do it 1 year,
daily drink a glass of warm water with honey in morning,

daily run 2 km in morning,

never go on diet but control oily ( u can use ghee cause its not containt colastrol and fet) spice, junk food, tin food, u have to use fresh home made food with control.

lisen music and consantrat "dhyan" for 1/2 houre

u cna also join arobics

take liqued food as possibel as u can

Sadly, there is no easy way! remember that a tailormade eating plan is 80% of your battle, so try get to a professional dietician and have them work something out. i can tell you tho that a low glycaemic diet is a great way to shed a few, the healthy way. its sustained release so stays in your system longer and doesn't cause blood sugar spikes - therefore more energy! cut the carbs (potato; pasta rice etc) after 4pm in the afternoon, that should help too. eat breakfast like a king - oats and eggs; a snack inbetween - fruit and yogurt and then lunch like a prince - nice turkey on rye; snack again and then a light supper of veg and protein. carbs are hand size portions and protein are palm size. plenty water too. don't try anything extreme, it wil all come back to haunt you! good luck

1) more veggie, less meat... and stay away from pork and beef
2) exercise... even if you have no time, make sure you do enough walking around to get your body going
3) plenty of water. it's the best form of liquid to rid all the toxic in your body (yes, forget about tea)
4) eat enough to fill 3/4 of your stomach. don't forget, everything expands, so is the pile of chicken meat sitting in your intestines
5) avoid eating after 8pm and be active for 2hrs at least after meals....

most people fail diets because they don't stick to them.
But if you really want to lose weight there is what the bible calls a Daniel fast try it for ten days you will get results.
eat anytime you feel like it,but no meats and no dairy products.
Do this and stick with it for ten days I guaranty you will lose weight and feel better.
Eat fruits,vegetables,beans,oatmeal,ect. If you need oil to cook anything use extra virgin olive oil.
