anywhere from 32*F to 60*F, very tough month to dress for in NY, layers work best, as you can peel them away, mornings are usually frozen, followed by mild afternoon's, It can also Snow, and be damn cold ! That cold damp wind off the two rivers can slice right through you.

The high temperature will probably be in the 60's (degree F) and the weather can be quite changeable, but that's typical spring weather. There's a reasonable chance you'll have some nice days.

you should wear a light jacket/coat. and you could always take it off if it gets warmer.
