On one account on my computer we can click links from emails just fine, but on the other it just wont seem to work. We both use Microsoft outlook. Our current firewall/anti virus software are AVG free and Zone alarm and our default browser is Firefox. Does anyone know some settings we could change to get this to work?

Thanks in advance,
Sam

in Outlook Express click tools, the options, then the security tab and untick "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could ptontially be a virus"

Should be similar to this in outlook

It's Outlook Express' Fault.

People are haveing these problems on and off. Noone feels like explaining how to fix it when they get it fixed but I think they just go to an older version that worked and never update to the current.

within the account you are having trouble with you need to change a couple of settings, one is security, set it to "internet" also within the tools area set the account to use html rather than plain text. If you are able to right click on the links and get a drop-down menu for opening the hyperlink then its just the security settings you have to change.

you may need to change the settings in outlook express to allow you to click on links. Try looking for security settings

I don't use outlook but would imagine that clicking on links may be blocked for security.
