If you mean "commitment", it's because we're groomed for it. Our mothers conditioned us for monogamy to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
Men don't say it because they think it means playtime (swimming in the harem) is over.
If men could get pregnant off the first time, you KNOW they would me much more committed and monagomous.
