except HDD life because it doest`t work for me.

Your best bet to cheaply reduce HD noise is ti get some thin rubber and cut four small pieces and then put the rubber between the chassis and the hard drive and then screw back in creating a dampener between chassis and hard drive to stop vibration and reduce noise, there are also kits you can buy , but that's the cheap way..he he

The noise HDD is making comes from its mechanical parts. It needs to spin the spindle which hosts the disks and moves the Read/Write heads to access the data you have asked for. There is no hope for the software to reduce the noise but you can think of some hardware solution. So, buddy, have a nice day and think over on it and try to find a solution

Sorry there are no software to solve a hardware problem like this one
but check first the hard disk itself is it stable and fixed in the Case or not ??
