well..its depend... on the other person..some wont wann to meet up personally n some wans too.....
but personally sayin i tink its better to meet up ur net fren...so u wont be cheated in the end.. but be careful wen u mettin the person first all... tell atleast one of person u know tat u r goin to met a fren of urs... its for u own safety
