You need to do Leg extensions for warm up. 1 set toes in. 1 set toes out. 1 set toes straight up. Then do your work out sets regularly with squats followed by leg presses. Leg presses with the feet in the middle of the plate work everything evenly. Feet At the bottom of the plate work the inside of the thigh.
