where to find and get ntsc to pal converter for tvs?

I have bought a TV from USA and wants to use it in India where the broadcasting is in PAL system unlike NTSC in USA

I don't think there is such a thing.

You do not require it because these days all TV support multi-region and have auto region select. When you switch on your TV tell your local cable guy to set the region on TV and enjoy watching your TV then.

Go to your local electronics market,, the guys there are really techy they will surely be of some help to you if that doesn't work try doing some research online
