You should because the shampoo cleans the hair, and the conditioner makes it easy to deal with after it's dry. Usually when I dont use conditioner, my hair is tangled and is hard to comb afterwards. Use conditioner after every shampoo, but don't shampoo every day or your hair will dry out too fast.

yes if you want to make the manufacturers rich. You don't need conditioner and, actually, you don't need two washings of shampoo. Just one good shampoo, carefully washed in and - most important - thoroughly rinsed off will do the trick.
All the conditioners, glossing sprays, etc., are just money wasted because of trick advertising.

use shampoo and conditioner at the same time but only use them every 3 days or so, because it isnt healthy to wash your hair everyday.

It is fine to condition your hair every time you shampoo it, but if you find it is getting lank or greasy or just not itself you probably have a product build up, to rid your hair of this wash it with shampoo as normal and then rinse it with an egg cup of cider vinegar mixed with a mug of warm water, this removes any excess build up.

If you want soft hair- then yes, definitely. But sometimes it makes your hair WAAAY to silky, so sometimes I us Leave-in-conditioner. Pick out the really great smelling ones and the smell will stay, unlike the wash-out conditioners- the fragrance is rinsed out.

It depends on what works for you. If you find you need to do it then do. I have very long fine hair that tangles, and if I don't have conditioner and leave in conditioner, I am pulling large clumps of tangle out of my hair. If you need it, use it - whatever works best for you.

Conditoner is a good thing to use on your hair but it can make your hair greasy. Rub conditioner into the ends of your hair, don't apply it to your roots regularly!!!!

Just kind of depends on if you have oily or dry hair, or processed hair, if it seems to be oily then just apply conditioner at the ends.
