I just recently started gym in fitness centre. I got program which i have to follow in order to gain what i want to achieve and i spend about an 1hr in gym but after coming home should I do some more weight because got weights at home or should let body have rest for a day.

Protein is what the body uses to repair itself. 1 gram protein for each pound of body weight divided into 5 servings a day the largest right after your workout.
