Yes. No worry. I have changed planes there many times . Frankfurt Airport is well operated, with plenty of signs. When you arrive, most major airlines have a multilingual airline representative that will tell you where your connecting flight is located, and how to get there. If you have any doubts, tell your cabin attendant that you have to make a connecting flight and you have never been there--they will make sure somebody can help you. (They do this ALL the time ! ) There are also ticket agents as well as information booths with English-speaking employees who are glad to help.
Frankfurt is one of the better-run airports in the world, and they have a large number of flights connecting to all of Europe and the rest of the world.
Don't sweat it. Enjoy your trip.

Yes, it's easy.
There are two terminals, but there is a sky train that runs between them (free).
All the signs are also in English.
When you arrive, you will find monitors that have all the connecting flights and their gates and terminal. Simply follow the connections signs. Make sure your baggage is checked through to your final destination. If you booked your flight segments separately, you might have to go through Customs/Immigration and pick up your luggage before checking back in.
