that is very true and it really doesn't matter... a woman could walk around naked and that doesn't mean that she deserves negative consequence because of her choice :) :) :)

The world being the way it is suggests that it would be wise to not be reckless in regard to how a woman dresses. Not all men are created equal. Then there are ones out in the street who need help. It is for a woman's benefit that she may hear cautionary tales about how provocative she is dressed or be advised to wear something more conservative much like a father would criticize how his daughter dresses. Personally, I enjoy the freedom of choice, but all too often people don't use common sense. And women should not take comments about the way they dress so seriously.

The way I view it is a lot how R3D Panda has it...
Clothing is a choice, so if a woman chooses something that is going to be provocative, they are making a choice in order to draw attention based on their physical attributes. My thing is- is it truly the kind of attention they want? If you call attention to the physical, then most of the attention you are going to get are from people who focus on physical appearance (not personality, interests, emotional connection, etc).
Now, if women who dress provocatively are happy with the result that guys will be staring at them, wanting to talk to them, go out with them, do things for them, etc. with the main reason for doing so being their appearance, then that's perfectly fine. However, if they complain about it, such as : "Hey, my eyes are up here", "Why do all the guys I go out with just want sex", "I don't think he cares about me as a person", etc... that's when dressing provocatively becomes a bit hypocritical, and a negative consequence that developed from their own initial choice to dress to attract attention in a physical way.

It's the not the wrong kind of attention, because that's the type she was trying to attract in the first place when she walked out of the house that way. Trust me, women know what they're doing. And of course no women wants to be forced upon.

Since when can people read minds? Any stranger you meet, you can guarantee you've automatically stereotyped them by what they wear, look, etc. If a man has an expensive suit on..what do you think? He's rich , inteligent, a 'real' man.
When people where urban clothing what do you think? He's gangsta, could be gang-related, probably speaks ebonics.
So OF COURSE when a girl has her breast exposed, nice legs with stilettos, lookin like a bonafide pornstar ready to do somethin....then what will one think?
People can't read minds...you can't honestly tell me some stranger is gonna go to a woman and be like..hey, you look like an upstanding woman with morals and self-dignity...you must be a woman who's strong in character, likes tofu, and loves to have an inteligent conversation about african bonobos.
Most people look for a queue, something to give them a reason to strike a conversation, or approach them....if given the option. So if you dress like a skank..a man's queue is.."damn she looks like she'll do it on the first night....let me go for it." If you dress casually, people are more apt to look at your appearance your demeanor, what you're reading, what you're doing...SOMETHING other than looks, cause then it makes it more difficult to go on impulse on who they can queue you as..and so therefore must revert to more ingeneous observation...or just ignore you because of lack of effort or interest.
So if you want people to base you on your true character..they have to TALK to you....don't expect them to know that just because that's what YOU know you are...so if you wear the part you'll BE the part in any occasion...be it skank, be it goth, be it person looking for attention, be it ANYTHING....
People say they don't stereotype and don't judge a book by its cover...but that's because they end up knowing the person first, but i can GUARANTEE in the back of their minds the strangers that walk past them everday they instinctively look for a categorization as so they can somehow relate to them given they ever approach them....and unfortunately what you wear is an expression of yourself...it's what YOU liked and wanted to wear...hence what it represents is a part of you in part.

nicely, i'm Jewish and much less costly... however the cheapness comes moreso from me being a school student with out money (i think of that status transcends religions and ethnicities) yet to respond to your question, many Jews are no longer low-cost and surely donate their money to good motives. needless to say i won't talk on behalf of all Jews, yet i understand that even while my mothers and fathers have been the two unemployed and we've been dealing with a real tough patch, they nevertheless scraped money mutually to donate in the direction of worth charities like homeless shelters and faculties

Men are judged this way too.
Try getting a job on wallstreet dressed like a dude from a hip hop video.
We as a society judge people all the time on how they dress....male and female.

Maybe the frase should be seeking the wrong type of attention. Look at it this way you cant have a ho in the bed room and a lady in the kitchen.
