I am gutted that I couldn't find any stilton in the shops.
Shall be eating Camembert with my port on Christmas Day.

Hey amsterdam! It has been boiling hot on The Gold Coast today, I have just got out of the swimming pool (7pm)..forecast for tomorrow (Christmas Day) baking hot!!

I'm a Pom in Oz too - had good look in Queen Vic Market, Melbourne yesterday and you're quite right. Lots of lovely Italian style blue cheeses (we'll be eating Gorgonzola) but no actual Stilton. And it's bloody raining, which should put paid to the bush fires, but what about the barbie tomorrow ?

I don't know where you're looking, but there's plenty of various blue cheeses including Stilton available in the supermarkets in Western Australia.
