Sure. My dog always gives me sad eyes as if to say "sorry" and a few seconds later I can start to smell it.

My sister's Lab got into some fish that we had bar b qued and
ate a bunch of the skin, then he let go with the loudest
stinkiest farts anyone had ever smelled. He totally cleared out
the room, my sister was so embarrassed, but it was kinda
funny. Now my husband tries to blame our dog for his farts,
the only trouble is, she is a tiny chihuahua and its pretty
obvious she's not to blame.

you will find a lot of information in the animal and dairy science at the university of California on animal flatulence....dairy cattle supposedly add several tons of methane fart gas in the atmosphere everyday....dog diets have be
come more grains than meat...as far as hearing a dog fart, it is a common occurrence but not as spectacular as a human cutting loose with beer laded chili-dog tearass

I have three boxers and it is very common....as a matter of fact, as with people it happens with all breds of dogs. Sometimes it can be lessened by changing to another brand of dog food. Some dog food seems to cause more flatulence than others. Like humans; dog's digestive systems react to certain ingredients, just as some people react to certain vegetables (beans, etc)....

Yes! I use to have a black lab, he would sleep in the same bed as me, when one night he let out this long flappy dry fart.....I kindly woke him up and pushed him off the bed. He wasn't too happy about that so I let him back on.

Every animal that uses stomach gasses to digest it's food farts. If the body didn't release these gasses they would rupture internally. It is a basic fact of life. Why are people so fascinated with farting????? You've been doing it most of your life. When you couldn't your mother had to burp you to get rid of the gas.

Mine will shake the walls when she stands up on her hind legs. Can hear and smell it. Smells like something crawled up there and died about a month ago. NASTY! She hears them but does not realize what it is and always turns her head around to smell her butt! Pretty funny, but not so much when you are gagging!

My dog has some real rank ones that I heard and unfortunately smelt. One time she farted and ran up the stairs because it was so loud it frightened her!
