Yes the judge has that right and may be this is better for you so that you regret breaking the law and become a better person. Then when you die and meet God clear from sins, you go to Heaven

Thoughcrime. My comments and ideology are no longer consistent with the government and our elected scumbags. definitely there the different. when you consider that i'm a "precise wing extremist" it particularly is in basic terms a count of time. well obviously as the people's elected or appointed representative a judge has the right to punish those who break the law. there weren't any elections for god though, so it's more like asking if stalin or hitler has the right to imprison those whose actions or views they disapprove of (or for those who can't spell/use proper grammar)

No,,, i don't think any person has any right to judge any person for his actions,,,you never know how are you going to react in a certain set of circumstances,, God has that right because he has sent us on earth for not hurting anyone.....
