i'm in love and is that the reason for forgetting matters that should not be forgoten?at office i cant concentrate!my friends too told me that i'm in some other world! why this so?how can i recover concentration?is it any sot ot mental disorder?

loss of concentration due to love does subside eventually - however i have a memory like a sieve and remember nothing - but i am sure my bizarre youth has something to do with that lol try doing some brain exercises to keep your mind awake.
think about it this way - your brain is a muscle and needs to be used otherwise it will just seize up like any other muscle would - if you never moved your legs for a year you wouldnt expect walking to be easy ai? same thing mate - good luck getting ya head together - i know how you feel - you aint alone.

hmm u can spend and hour daily 30 mins after u get up, 30mins before sleeping jus think abt ur love, talk to him/her, it will help u concentrate more on your work, no one else can help you, u have to help urself, being in love doesnt mean being depenadnt, u call him/her only durin specific times of the day, this will keep ur mind focussed in what u need to work on, after ur work is done ur reward is calling him/her......................

Try Yoga and meditation.
But your state is quite normal and u will soon get over it.
