look at what I found in the bible! Christian terrorists!!!

Deuteronomy 20:13-20
13 And when the LORD thy God hath delivered it into thine hands, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword (even the unarmed ones):
14 But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take unto thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.
15 Thus shalt thou do unto all the cities which are very far off from thee, which are not of the cities of these nations.
16 But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:
17 But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee:
18 That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye sin against the LORD your God.
19 When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man's life) to employ them in the siege:
20 Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued.

look at this: Also, the Bible clearly allows for fathers to sell their daughters as slaves: "And in case a man should sell his daughter as a slave girl, she will not go out in the way that the slave men go out. If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master so that he doesn't designate her as a concubine but causes her to be redeemed, he will not be entitled to sell her to a foreign people in his treacherously dealing with her. (Exodus 21:7-8)"

Now let us look at Exodus 21:20-21 "If a man beats his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies as a direct result, he must be punished, but he is not to be punished if the slave gets up after a day or two, since the slave is his property." Notice how the Bible doesn't recognize the slave male or female as a normal human being. If the master beats his servant to death, then the master will not get the death punishment or penalty. He will only be punished, but not to death. This punishment mighty be even a light one such as a single light whip since the punishment was not determined.

What I don't get is that it appears you are a Muslim. As you know Christianity, Islam and Judaism are sister religions. They all trace thier spiritual roots back to Abraham.

Christians do not endorse much of the stuff in the Old Testmament, any more than Muslims do. But it is part of our common heritage--both Christianity and Islam.

Sorry, honey, but there's a lot worse in the Koran.

Anyway, a lot of slaves in the States got strength and encouragement from their faith in Christianity. A lot of the slaves would pray to this Christian God to give their children freedom and He granted it.

When we commit atrocities against them, we were going against the Bible.

If you'll read in 1 and 2 Samuel, David actually has a very noble warrior who is a Hittite. He has him killed and God punished him. This command wasn't for all time. It was for that specific battle. Just as God's punishment of Egypt and Assyria isn't for all time.

Why don't you ask Martin Luther King Jr. why he was a christian? He got a lot done in the name of a loving, equal and compassionate God.

Anyway, bless you.

1. Why is this directed only at African Americans?

2. God is a God of love, but he's also a God of justice. Many times the Jews were persecuted and God rescued them.

What does this have to do with African Americans being Christians?

Yes, how could any sane person believe in the God of Abraham?
Such lunacy!

The same reason (hopefully) that most people become Christians, it teaches love and compassion.

What's wrong with that?

YAWNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

How about all the muslim terrorists killing innocent people around the world.

I guess you see them as freedom fighters, not murderers.
