+ Try getting a job at the school that you intend to go to and see if they have a program where you can take the courses for free.

Check out the book FREE MONEY BY MATTHEW LESKO WITH MARY ANN MARTELLO. This book lists over 4000 little known government money programs . Among the 4000 are lots of programs for tuition, books, housing ect.. If your interested contact Mattthew Lesko at Information USA, Inc 12081 Nebel St. Rockville, Md. or call 1-800Uncle Sam. You can also visit his website at www.lesko.com. You may also find it in your local Public Library. Check it out it has made a lot of things possible in my life that I had almost given up on. What is a ugandan? All I know is in the USA you fill out the FAFSA to get qualified. You can do this at FAFSA.gov
