honey you need to get hold of yourself. If you are young you can be vulnerable to other peoples judge-mental views... who are these people commenting on your weight? I feel really angry that these people should be saying such things to you..
A woman is 'what she knows' not 'how she looks'. My advice is to get some new friends or steer clear of anyone making you doubt yourself in such a way... life's too short to worry about how much we weigh; only if its really damaging to our health. Take care xx

You are actually underweight. At 5 foot 5, you should be around 130 pounds. Although, if you are naturally very small framed, you may be one of those people who are just tiny. But certainly, 86 pounds is far too thin.
Start consuming healthy foods and healthy proteins and fats (saturated fats like butter, fat on meat, lard, olive oil, coconut oils etc). Your body is crying out for nutrition and proper eating so it can absorb nutrients and normalise the weight.
Consuming sugar etc, in many cases causes people to gain weight, and oddly enough, can cause others to become underweight. Both are signs of malnutrition and sugar is a very bad culprit. Going on a healthy diet of proteins and fats (like eggs, meats, and the fats I mentioned) will allow you to rebuild tissue and build up. Make sure you eat vegetables also and limited fruit and things like healthy plain yoghurt, raw nuts etc.

Wow, you're definitely too skinny. And I thought I was bad. I'm 5'4, 95 lbs and people are constantly telling me that I'm too skinny, but I know it. I don't like being this skinny but it's hard when I have fast metabolism.
People who call you fat are probably joking because it's so obvious that you're not. It's a little alarming that you don't seem to see that you're not even close to being big.

wow, you're way too skinny, and anyone who calls you fat needs to visit a therapist. You're lucky, now, because you can gain some weight. Go on, eat what you want and don't be afraid what ppl think of you. What do they matter anyway? You're too thin, and you need to put a little weight on if you want guys to like you, so i suggest you start now. Lol, good luck.

If youre happy with your appearence dont let anyone (even these bitches on here) tell you any differently. Too skinny, too fat.....its all an insult. You need to decide for you what weight your most comfortable with. People who try to judge you based on numbers and appearence are just ignorant. If youre happy with your body, fcuk everyone else

C'mon give me a break. 5'5 and 86 pounds.?! You shouldn't even be in the double digit range. UCK. If someone tells you your fat tell them to go to hell...and you not realizing that your body is extremely emaciated is very sad and troubling . You should see a doctor or psychiatrist...maybe you have body-dysmorphic problem.

You are NOT fat. At 86 pounds, you are definitely skinny. I think you should NOT worry about your size, or weight. Just eat your fill of nutritious foods, and allow nature to take its course.

I'm only an inch taller, but I weigh 60 lbs. more. 86 lbs. is probably on the "too skinny" category.
