this question was pretty vague, but i'd say you're either just plain old nervous, you have a phobia associated with crowds or social situations, or (at worst) you have social anxiety disorder. there are lots of factors involved in this, but asking someone with expertise (ie not yahoo answers) will help.

I don't have enough information to answer the question well. Perhaps one of the following describes you:

social phobia
social anxiety
prosopagnosia leading to social phobia or social anxiety
autism or other conditions on the autistic spectrum
shyness

Have you thought of going to a psychiatrist for an evaluation? They might be able to help you and so might a counsellor.
