I jog and watch my diet, but the so far I've only lost 0.5kg.

Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. At 45 I discovered it's getting harder for me to lose and I have tried a lot believe me. I started using a weight loss plan that has worked very well for me. I lost 30 pounds in a little over 40 days and I also lost 3" in my waist. I also started drinking the energy drinks as well and I must say they have made a tremendous difference in my life and they are only one dollar each. I have a friend who also drinks just the drink and she lost 12 pounds in three weeks on just the drink alone. Best wishes to you and your family this season

Definately not reccommended, but methamphetamine use will make you loose weight very, very quickly, i know people thats dropped 80+ pounds in like just a few months. Again not recommended, as that **** will mess you the ***** up.
