i don't know if you're looking for cantonese or mandarin

but here is cantonese:

mom = mama
dad = baba
grandmother = a maa (from dads side), = por por (from moms side)
little sister = mui mui, or "sai mui" (meaning younger sister)
little brother = dai dai , or "sai lo" (meaning younger bro)
aunt = a yee (somtimes saying auntie in a fobby accent is fine)
uncle = kau foo (sometimes saying "unko" in a fobby accent is fine also)

i suggest u look online for one of those translating things where they playback how it actually sounds like to get it accurately.

What dialect of chinese are you speaking. I don't recognize the ones you know..maybe they are cantonese?
In mandarin:
mom would be ma ma
dad = baba
grandmother---you have to know what side of the family she is on
little sister--meimei (pronounce like may may)
little brother- didi (deedee)
aunt,uncle cousin nephew...again you need to know what side of the family they are from etc....Chinese relationships each have a very specific name..probably because generations of chinese live in the same household together and just saying aunt or uncle would be very confusing...since they could well have the same surname and it would be rude to use their first name (if they have a first name and if they've told anybody what it is)--the rules are different in China
Qing wen. Ni hui bu hui shuo putonghua?

You are looking for cantonese in this case. To supplement MegGriffin's answer. The uncles and aunts are designated father's side or mother's side, then by order of rank / seniority. But first, the simple terms nephew, niece and cousins.
Cousins = Chun Chic
Nephew = Chut Chai, Niece = Chut Nui
Uncle (mother's brothers) = Kau Foo
Uncle (father's older brothers) = Bak Bak
Uncle (father's younger brothers) = Sok Sok
Aunt (mother's sisters) = Yee Ma
Aunt (father's sisters) = Guoo Ma
And it's common to add the ranking of the sibling in front of the title. e.g. mother's oldest sister = Dai Yee Ma, mother's youngest sister = Sai Yee Ma etc. It's actually quite complicated in cantonese, they actually had to teach this in class about 30-40 years ago. The same applies to the way all the nephews and nieces address each other. You can get a good idea of who's who in a family reunion just by the way they address each other.
