Everyone is different, there isn't a specific age with boobs stop growing, however, the average I believe is between 18-21 yrs of age. This is of course, not counting pregnancy, etc. Physically, there isn't a sure way to tell, only time decides.

A geneticist once told me that your body stops growing two years after your period is completely regular, but there are always exceptions-everyone is different.

actually you don't know cause as old as you thirthy's your boobs can still be growing- i mean the key word here is GROWING
