Cook it in a preheated oven @ 325 degrees for approximately 15 minutes for every pound for unstuffed. Make it 20 minutes for every pound for stuffed. Everyone hates dry turkey, so remember to remove at the proper time because it will still cook for 1/2 hour after removing from oven.

Commercially packed breasts should have the instruction on the side my box says 180 degres c for 2 hours and 15 min with the last 1/2 hour out of the foil for a thawed breast add an hour for a frozen....but it should be thawed.
