According to what health professionals have observed, there is actually an age range which it is best to conceive. From an early age in the late teens to mid thirties is considered the best time frame that a woman can conceive without any pregnancy and birth complications. The female carries eggs that age as we grow old. Women over the age of 40 are at a higher risk of having a miscarriage due to abnormality of the chromosomes in the baby's cells. It has also been shown in medical records that fertility rates decrease for women over the age of 40. Males also carry sperm that also go through similar stages of abnormality. I am not implying that we should have children as soon as we hit the 20's. Planned or unplanned pregnancy should be taken seriously regardless of age and take frequent check ups to keep the women and baby or babies healthy.

This is completely up to the individual. If I made the rules I'd only allow people to gestate between the ages of 20-40. That's a 20 year window, plenty of time for everyone to make some babies.

There isn't a certain age. I've seen fabulous 16 yr old parents and shitty 34 yr old parents and vice verse. It depends on your maturity. Then again if your not mature enough to have kids, maybe you shouldn't be having sex, but the again if your having unprotected sex with someone you don't love, or don't want to spend the rest of your life with your not that mature and smart in the first place. It's a merry-go-round.

Women are most healtily fertile from age 20-35. After the range, it is still alright to be pregnant but some might face some complications.
