ok so i realy like this guy. The only problem is i dont see him a lot anymore. But when i do see him we stop and chat about recent events and he is always interested and smiles and very helpful. But since i dont see him often i cant flirt with him too much. So should i make the first move and next time i see him let him no how i feel. Or wait for him? And if i should make the first move... What do i say?

honestly, ask him out to something, not necesarily just go up to him and say wanna date? or something, but if you truly like this guy.. ask him to like a little get-together and then towards the end start talking about it or whatever,
cuz some guys do like a girl but are just to nervous and shy to ask the question or hear the repsonse. so best shot is wait til the next time you see him, if nothing happens, ask him to something.. then be the first to make the move if he doesnt.

I think the next time you see him start the coversation as usual, talk about staffs you usually do. Then when there is nothing alse to discuss tell him that you are being borred the last few days doing "nothing". tell him that you think you will go the movies, and then ask him if he would like to come with you.
Do it. Dont worry. if any guy says no to this question, he either has a gf or he is the other type. So Good Luck.

It sounds like you are already doing what you should. This day and age it is ok for the girl to make the first move. For example just ask if he wants to go see the new movie at the Roxie.

If he is a shy-type, then you need to do the first move. Give him a call. Ask him if he could come over for a chat or for dinner. If he does, things will just come out naturally. Good liuck.
