Hi, I'm Sean Toh from Singapore. Most people will train the shoulder using the press. It's one one of the most effective exercise for building mass and strength as well as increasing your shoulder width. Let me share with you my experience on how you can train your shoulder even better. In order to create an illusion of nice V taper upper torso, all bodybuilders would try their best to build the broadest shoulder possible. Most beginning bodybuilders who do not understand the human anatomy of the deltoids will do exercises that miss working out certain heads of the deltoids. However, experienced bodybuilders will know about the three different heads of the deltoids and choose the correct exercises to work each head of the deltoids. The whole shoulder consists of the Anterior deltoid (front head), Middle deltoid (Middle head), and Posterior deltoid (Rear head). Understanding that the shoulder consists of the three heads will influence how an experienced bodybuilder choose the right exercises to build his shoulder muscles. For example, the experienced bodybuilder will choose the following exercises – front lateral raises, side dumbbell raises and bent over dumbbell raises to work the Anterior deltoid, Middle deltoid, and Posterior deltoid respectively to work each head in order to train the whole shoulder properly. Hence, understanding the three heads of the deltoids will help you build better shoulder. Now, how to increase even more intensity? By doing raises first, you have already pre-exhaustedyour shoulder muscles. Now, you will use press as the last exercise to train your shoulder even harder. You will realise that you can't handle your normal weight like when you start with press first. The idea of bodybuilding is not weightlifting. The technique that I have introduced to you is the famous technique called the pre-exhaust technique that is used by bodybuilders to create even more intensity in the training without using heavier weight. It's the contraction not how much weight you can handle that train the muscles. It's the food that you put into your body system now after the workout that cause the bleeding injured muscles to repair and grow. Hope this information will be helpful for you. Yours Sincerely

in my view I easily have chanced on the cardio organisation that burns in all probability the main potential in keeping with minute and is physically powerful for leaning up is.... walking!!! it relatively is surprising- no kit mandatory! I strongly advise the ipod nano with Nike+ activity kit (you do no longer prefer centred Nike shoes- which you may desire to get a clip on ingredient to clip it on your shoes). My fave song to hearken to on an analogous time as determining is: 9 Inch Nails, Korn, gadget, Disturbed, technique of a Down, Rage against the computing gadget... Or if i'm feeling like some extra upbeat music you're no longer waiting to overcome: Jamiroquai, The Cat Empire, Chemical Brothers. desire that helps :)

Sorry, if you are narrow shouldered and you lift weights, you'll just be a narrow-shouldered body builder.

You have to be born with broad shoulders from the bone. But, swimming will be more affective than weight lifting for this. Do a combo and if you are young, your shoulders should broaden a lot.

Sean Toh is right. But don't forget the back a broad back helps create the illusion.
