Where in your lower stomach? To the lower right, just below the hipbone and about 2 inches from your side could be your appendix. Same parameters on the left could also be your appendix.

If not, when was the last time you had a bowel movement? You could have constipation, especially since you're bloated. The pain might be anywhere, but generally it's behind and to the left of the bladder. If it's not constipation, but is on either side and you're bloated, get someone to take you to the hospital for a checkup. A burst appendix can kill you, don't risk it.

Itsprobably just a small cyst on your ovary popping when you ovulated. It happens once in a while. If you don't have a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea, you are fine.
