i was playing in the menu part of my toshiba surround sound dvd/vcr combo and accidentally pushed progressive?

scan now i just see a blue screen please help me to put it back any ideas would be appreciated

Read the manual, but this may help.
a) Turn off your DVD combo
b) Disconnect the component output (R/G/B cables)
c) Connect the Composite video out (yellow) from the DVD player to a composite input in the TV. You don't need another cable, just use one of the 3 component cables (say the green)
Switch the TV source input to your composite input you connected the DVD.
Now you should be able to see the DVD player's menu on the TV. Go back to DVD setup and turn progressive off!
d) Go back and connect your component cable as before.
Switch the TV input source back to component
