Well, it's really not about right or wrong, it's just that guys get head far more than gurls get down on.. so, a guy "should" ask for it because he knows for a fact his girlfriend gives him head much more than he goes down on her!

Well it isn't wrong...Getting a b low jo b feels great for a guy, so why shouldn't he ask for it?
YET it really does depend on the circumstances, if he refuses to pleasure you equally, then it's just downright indecent and desperate, however if he pleasures you, makes you feel great about your body and yourself, makes you really "feel", then him being expectant in return isn't exactly assumed wrong.
Successfull Relationships, whether they be love or purely sexual are nothing more then give and take situations, where each partner believes they must give more then take, that way both get most satisfaction!

It's not that it's right but that's what they will always ask for. Among other things that's what they ask for all the time. It's become a bit of "the norm" shall we say so women shouldn't get too shocked when they do. All they have to say is no.
