I mean if they are still together, it'd be rude to the girl right? Wouldn't that be so messed up?

Let me give you some info hun .....a real man is somebody who accepts responsibility for all of their actions and try not to blame other people or circumstances for their behavior...somebody who can think on his own and not be influenced by other people on how to act.....somebody who has enough sense to realize that reality is not in rap songs and that being a real man is not somebody who can take a life away from an unarmed person or brag about having been in prison....
Somebody who has a good sense of self worth and success is measured in his own eyes not anybody elses....hes not intimidated by people who he think "are better than him" because he doesnt think anybody is better than him no matter how much they have or how little he has....
A real man can respect and love himself and will be able to respect and love a woman worthy of that and be able to walk away from those who aren't with out a second look back....
And sometimes a man has to hustle to make sure his bills are paid and to get ahead, but a real man is not gonna go spend it all on "the bar" or the biggest most expensive rims he can find to go on the smallest car, or jewelry that he wants to wear all at once everyday....if a man has to hustle then hes investing in a home or homes for himself and his family, investing in his childs future or in his child, or tryin to open a business...
A real man knows its okay to just be himself and that he doesnt have to prove anything to anyone at anytime...hes secure with himself and who he is and hes honest and trustworthy.......a real man will attract a real woman. From my friend on myspace.
Yes it is wrong for him not to tell the truth and act like he is single when he isn't. I know how it makes you feel. And its not good.

This summer my boyfriend and I had been going out for a few months and on his myspace it said single the whole time. I should have realized that was a sign that he was a big douche. Maybe the guy and the girl did break up, and the girl is not ready to let go. Or she just hasn't gotten around to taking off her status.

First off it's myspace. Who cares. Your "status" on myspace, facebook, whatever doesn't mean anything. Just because you've been seeing someone doesn't mean you're "in a relationship." 3 weeks isn't that long. Plus, why does he have to give up anything when in a relationship with you? If it really bothers you, break up with him. He'll get over it quick, trust me.

He's either still with her but looking for some nookey on the side or he doesn't want to be in the relationship anymore and is dropping a major hint , wink , wink.It just means that him and his gf or alleged gf need to have a serious talk.

If he changed it then it means he wants people to think he's single. Maybe they had a fight and he changed it to piss her off. Maybe they broke up and she hasn't changed her profile to 'SINGLE' yet.
I don't know, send him a message and ask if he's taken.

Either he wants people to think he is single, or his girlfriend (ex) doesn't want people all in her business so she didn't change it.

maybe he just wants to get to know more girls...because maybe girls don't wanna befriend guys who is in relationship... or maybe he broke up with his gf but his gf don't wanna admit the breakup..
