I don't know about adding a +. I think I didn't do it before when I was in the US. try both with it without it. :)
Then, 82(country code)+10(no 010-It won't work.)+3333+3333.

At first, you push country code(82).
Second you push Local number without first zero
For examples,
010-333-3333
then you push 82-10-333-3333
