they have little elves that dissolve planets into small grapes which rot into juice and then they take ent cider and combine it with the bone of a mare rat and they create an apple scent which has to go through their heads and out their face into the lysol solution....

A chemical compound called "ester" is typically what is used to add a fruity note to various liquids.
And since the active disinfecting ingredient in Lysol is basically just common vinegar, the addition of esters and related compounds is what makes Lysol .... Lysol.

hmm... I don't know what this has to do with religion and spirituality, but for your answer, I'm guessing green apples? or a chemical made to smell like green apples?

Its a chemical, probably secret, they did alot of research to find it. I am trying to remember from chemistry, i think they are are esters!
