my question got removed for some stupid reason...but my point was this.....does anyone have experience with a female who cares more about getting you back than caring for her child?? Examples: nags about money, yet goes out drinking and partying half of the week-sometimes all night and morning....also refuses to take a paternity test....experiences, advice?? from fathers or women with bfs/husbands in this situation...

My advice to you is to have a court ordered paternity test. Are you paying child support yet? If not when she goes after you for child support you can ask for a paternity test then. Don't give her any money until paternity is established and just to be on the safe side incase the child is your open up a savings account for yourself so you can add a little bit into each week so that when support is ordered you won't be to much in the rear and plus it might show the judge that you have good intentions to support your child.

The courts order paternity testing all the time. It's no big deal. If she still refuses she will be in contempt of court. Going to court is well worht the money. Besides if this is his child then he needs to go for custody or at least shared custody. This child is in a bad situation and if it's his he has an obligation to save it from it's mother. Make sure he documents all this partying etc.

.. my brother is kinda in this situation. My sister in law (was his girlfriend at the time) said she was pregnant, and that her birth control pills didnt work. He believed her, no questions asked.. asked her to move in with him. Since he thought she was pregnant.. they had unprotected sex... and two months later she really WAS pregnant. She trapped him. She then lied and said that she had a misscarriage of the first baby, and this was a new baby. 40 weeks later.. my nephew was born, and they got engaged and married. He doesnt look anything like my brother.. but he has never asked for a paternity test, and never will.. he just accepts him as his son, no matter what, no questions asked. She constantly complains that they dont make enough money (even though she refuses to work) and she goes out drinking, and asks him to buy her alchohol on a nightly basis... they spend about 300 a month on alchohol, at least.
Im sorry I dont have any advice... because we dont know what to do either. My brother is desprately unhappy.. but he loves his kids (whether the first one is his or not) and he is terrified if he left her, he would never see them. He would rather be miserable than be without his kids...
Judges can order paternity tests, but its a messy battle. Good luck

My hubby is in this situation and we have tried numerous times to get his "baby mama" to take a paternity test. But she refuses each time. She tries to get his family to care for the baby behind his back but she won't take a test and yet she didn't even give the baby his last name. Now all this went down before we got married. But she was pregnant when they broke up and she was cheating so he never believed the baby was his. then after the baby was born(we were together about 3 months) she started coming around saying it was his. So I said get a paternity test to make sure don't be a sucka. We did all the stuff to get one set up and she never showed. We went through this 3 times and finally gave up and she stopped coming around. Now they do have a child together that is his but she won't let him see that baby unless he takes the other one. he won't do it until she takes a paternity test for the second one which she refuses. Whenever she sees his family memberrs all she asks for is money, never clothes or shoes for his child(biologically known for a fact.) she never has either of the kids with her and she is always partying. So I said we are not sending any money to her we will send gifts and clothes and toys. She sends them back. Now you tell me what she is in it for?

Is she refusing to let her baby take a DNA test to determine the father? If she behaves like this, I would want to know if she had my child, so I could sue her for custody.
I think the court could force a DNA test on the child if the child is at risk.

Who's name is on the birth cirt. as father? A DNA test can be requested by either party. If the person listed on the birth cirt. as father usually he has to pay for the test. If no one is listed as father then usually when the person is asked to pay child support a DNA test is given when there is doubt expressed. My daughter is going through this now.

I would take it to the courts if I were you. You don't want to get stuck paying for someone else's kid.
