Drug stores have an over-the-counter shampoo for head lice.
If the lice are somewhere else... then I don't know!

Shave your head. Easy.
If you don't want to do that, use vinegar and some tea tree oil. Repeat after four days and again if they're still there. Use a fine comb to take out the lice and their eggs. There's plenty of commercial products available- check at the pharmacy.

go to a store and get the lice shampoo and it should come with a very fine tooth comb. it would be best if someone helped you with this. comb thru every part of your hair after shampooing it. put the clothes and anything you touched in the freezer. that will kill the bugs. then wash them.

see your drug store they have shampoo's to rid lice and crabs also stay away from those who have them if you contracted them from a friend be a sweet heart and let them know also but in a kind way you dont need to shave your hair on the body or head just see your druggist or doctor
and dont be embarrased lice and crabs are a common thing

buy an over the counter shampoo for it and use the small comb inside to remove the nits, make sure you wash all the bedding, and buy all new brushes, if its a child also make sure you take the stuffed toys and put them in a sealed garbage bags for a week. also I know this sounds weird but it works..Put vasoline all over your hair cover it with a plastic bag overnight, and they will be dead, it suffocates the pesty things. my neice had to do it the nurses were the ones that told us about the vasoline and bag

Hair dye. its a trick we learned at camp hair dye will kill all the bugs and the eggs instantly! lol! it works.
that or tea tree oil, which you can get at any pharmacy, its cheap and you just a few drops while washing your, should kill them!
