go to your nearest YMCA and swim, swimming is great because you have to use your stomach muscles to keep yourself a float, and swimming is the easiest on your joints.

Maybe it would be wise to see your Dr. first. We all have different body shapes, nature's gift. One of them is the person with a pear shaped body, usually a social and outgoing type. If the Dr. says you should lose weight go and see a qualified dietitian. At least you will enjoy the little you get to eat. And remember that this is for the rest of your life.

listen( fatty I am joking ) seriously what you need is , eat half what you eat know ,then take half an hour walking each other day for 4 weeks,then you go on increasing the walking period .Then after 6 months you will not ask this question an more( YOU NEED WELL POWER TO DO THAT (FATTY STILL JOKING BUDDY) JUST GO FOR IT).

Cardio exercises...Crunches and other strength training woul;d help you tone the muscles but exercises like running would help you lose the fat. Eating less carbs (rice, pasta, potato) especially at night would help too

situps and do not eat anything 2 hours before you go to bed, going to bed with a full stomach puts on a few extra pounds!!!!!!!!:-)
