tell her u like her and see how she respond. if she likes you, she will reply in the way u expect her to den aft that, juz go for a date, movies, dinner..
if she didnt respond in the way, u expect it den, its still ok cuz both of u r friends. dun let anything ruin ur friendship.

Since you are rather sure that both like each other. why not just ask her whether she wants to be your girlfriend? you never ask you never know what's in her heart. Actually.. you are still wooing her or just been close good friends? You are not too sure what is the relationship with her, just talk things out..and ask.

you don't take "steps". Things just happen as they happen. If you want to go out sometime, give her a call and see if she wants to tag along. If you want something to come out of it, don't ever be a stranger. Keep in contact and just let things flow naturally.

Ask her to just hang out or male some plans. Then if she talks to u and hangs for a few hours i personally just throw random kisses in and then when its about time to go then u gotta go for it owww. gl brah

you need more details. if you really like her and you think she really likes you then ask her out on a date or something. just make sure you tell her if she is uncomfortable with it then make sure she knows you can still be friends

Ask her out and make sure that you dont change the way you treat her. Just be yourself because she likes you for who you are. You cant date until you ask them out, so go for it.
