As much as I try to change myself for the better, I end up back right where I started with this mindset. I sometimes feel like a total @$$h0Le when I think about it.

I get real shy when it comes to women, I assume that every girl I see within range is already taken, & I always think that every other guy living would be better off for any girl I find attractive instead of me.

I would try to find out what they have a real talent for. Everybody has a talent, including you. The way you find this out is to try doing new things that are of interest to you. When you discover something that you can do even moderately well in the beginning, that could be something that you can do REALLY well after a little training and practice.

You build confidence by finding then doing what you're good at (as long as it's legal. Going the illegal route will shoot your confidence down and create more self-esteem issues).

Even though you may think you're at a standstill, if you stick with it you can progress. You have good intentions of changing for the better, which is a very good start. Just keep going forward and you will do OK.
