the best way to fix a broken heart is most of all be straight forward and honest if you really love this person and if you did something wrong just assure them that it wont happen again,you know once youve been hurt it does take a little time to heal so just be honest and be yourself ok and dont push things to fast ok because sometimes things do have away of working there selfs out,well good luck and let me know how it gos ok and merry christmass to you

Why is it broken? If it's because of something you did, then just try to explain yourself (if you have a good reason) and then leave her alone for a while. If you don't have a good reason, then just leave her alone period.
If her heart is broken because of something else, just be there for her. It will take time for her to get over whatever it is.

Did you break it? If so, you have to figure that out on your own. If someone broke it, do everything to make her feel good.
