It's bumpy, feels rough as sandpaper, and if I eat sugar it just gets worse. There is a slight color, little tiny dots coming up, almost white dots, it seems like it spreads because there is a little bump in the side of my mouth.

Try to not eat sugary stuff, and just wait and see if it goes away. Maybe you're just being sensitive... and well, if it doesn't go away, try and go to a doctor. That happens to me sometimes (i dunt knoe why) but it usually goes away for me after like 1 or 2 days.

It is a result of consuming too many sweets. You are developing the sores from a large intake of sugar. If you cut back on the sugar intake you will start to get better.

It may be oral candidiasis or it may me leukoplakia or may be ca. oral cavity.

crazy, i had that last month. i have no idea what it was, but mouth wash made it feel better. it went away after a week. i hope that gave you some hope. if it doesnt get better in a week though, you should probably get it checked.

Use an antiseptic mouthwash and scrub your tongue with your toothbrush and see if it comes off- if not go to the doctor
