Try to keep yourself busy with your friends and all that. I know it's easier said than done but think about it this way: just crying over it wont make time go any faster. you might as well keep yourself buy with your friends and make the best out of this situation.
and letting go isn't always bad. It also means a whole new world of opportunities. I've been in love and I understand how you feel.. but now you are free to be with someone who will really love you with all her heart and never leave your side. Each breakup is leading you closer to that one special girl. Hang in there, this is all part of life.
Just be patient.
If it doesn't heal today, it will heal tomorrow. There's always a brighter tomorrow. Keep your head up.

Hi,
Right now your heart is aching and you just don't know how to handle it. It will get better, even thought it sure doesn't feel like it right now.
Just remember the good times you had with her, and try to find someone that you can have better times with.
I am so sorry for you to be going thru this especially at this time of the year. But it really will be okay. Right now you can't see that, but if she left you for another guy, is she really HONESTLY worthy of your pain and/or tears?? No she isn't!!
Best of luck to you !!

Truthfully love isn't stupid you just have to find the right person to be with. Yes it hurts right now but one day you'll look back and wonder why it bothered you so badly. I really don't know the circumstances of why she left but think of it this way maybe she was doing you a favor. So you can be with someone that you really deserve to be with and someone that will love you just as much as you love them.

Even this born-again Christian says: open the Bible, but drink a beer. You might be at a low point in your life, but you'll recover. Dont dwell in her actions because it will tear you to shreds, literally. Just do you best to move on, and it wont feel like you can, but the harder you try, the quicker the feelings will subside. Good luck and God Bless.

Hey, I know your pain. I'm just getting over a marriage that dissolved under worse circumstances.
Things will get better. You'll find someone in your life that will make you forget all about that girl.
Cry if you have to. Sometimes, it makes you feel better. BUT, just know that the hurt can't last forever if you just move on.

Things like this happen because it is supposed to.
Act like a man and go back out there. Bring back a better prize and quit crying about the one that got away.
You will miss out on happiness mulling over things you lost.

It's hard especially around the holidays when it seems everyone is with someone.
In time you will feel better and want to start dating again.
Do not rush it and try repressing your hurt.
It's okay to be depressed there is a reason to be. As long as it does not start to overwhelm you, you will be okay.
