Just burn the file on the CD, and it is good to go. But, if you have some links, images or anything, make sure you also burn them on the CD.

I am not exactly sure what you mean that you wonder how to put your slides on a CD. I think you want to be able to put slides on a CD or DVD and want to be able to view them on a computer or a home DVD player. If I am correct, then you are looking for a program like Ulead CD & DVD picture show. The link below will take you to the website and you can decide if you want the program or not.

To write the power point presentation on a cd just right click the file and send-CD Writer Drive.( Drive could be =D ,E ,G) then open the cd writer from my computer and u will find ur file there just on left side u will find WRITE THIS FILES TO CD click it and then next and give friendly name for ur cd and then click finish.
But these process for windows xp only
