Only side effects of needing to pee a lot (because you're drinking water and this won't change if your tea is sweetened or not), and possible staining of teeth from the tannins in the tea.
There's no difference between sweetened tea and not.

You don't get all the unhealthy sugar that's in sweetened tea. So, you might have fewer heart attacks, bypasses and cancer than someone who drinks sweetened tea. You're better off.

Side effectrs- no sugar and less calories and less cavities- no peaks in blood sugar- sugar is not good for you- Hopefully it is a good green tea- and don't overdo the caffeine=D

non actually but you will gain positive effects because not using sweetener will slim down your physique, and will make you feel better aside from the anti-oxidant that you get from greentea and lemon..
