1. Guacamole dip recipe
2 avocados
2 tomatoes
1 jalapeno pepper
½ cup sweet onion
1 lemon
2 cups cottage cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Place scooped flesh of avocados in a medium-size mixing bowl. Mash well. Add lemon juice and mix well. Mix other ingredients such as diced tomatoes and pepper. Add a twist of limejuice. Stir well. Refrigerate for one hour before serving

2.Cheese herb dip recipe
1-cup cottage cheese (creamy)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp low fat salad dressing
2 tbsp green onions
¼ cup parsley
½ tsp tarragon leaves
Dash of pepper
Chop the green onions and parsley and set aside. Mix all the ingredients using a blender or a food processor. Ensure that the dip is smooth and creamy. Substitute low-fat cottage cheese as a healthier option.

3. Pumpkin dip recipe
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup dark brown sugar
2-tsp. fine ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. fresh ground ginger
1 pack cream cheese (well softened)
¼ tsp. freshly grated nutmeg.
Blend together pumpkin puree and cream cheese. Add other ingredients. Refrigerate before serving.

4. Spinach dip recipe
1 cup of cottage cheese
1-cup fresh spinach; thawed and chopped.
1/3-cup fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add plain yogurt for additional flavor.

I am not certain what you mean by Spanish Dip but a good idea would be a paella made with rice, vegetables, meat , egg and saffron. Give people flat bread to scoop it up with.
