as someone who's been working out for almost three years steady now, I'll give you some good advice...
the hydroxycut will work for you, but keep this in mind... there's absolutely NO MAGIC PILL!!! you have to work out, and you have to push your limits! if you don't, you'll never see any results and it'll be a good waste of $49.95...
if you're going to take it, do yourself a favor and get some good physical exercise, and I don't mean walking around the block once I day... I mean resistance exercise! ab crunches, leg lifts, squats, that kind of stuff... and cardio is essential! you should be jogging for 30 minutes every other day... it doesnt matter if you're going two miles or ten, but get that cardio exercise in there and do it every other day religiously! your best bet, if you have the time and can afford it, is to get a session or two with a personal trainer to get a weight and cardio program down... if you do that, follow it to a "T"!
always remember... physical fitness is a commitment, not a pill... and your personal success or failure is going to depend on how strong your commitment is!
with that in mind, allow me to make one other suggestion to you... I don't like Hydroxycut, and here's why... Hydroxycut directly affects your thyroid, and I'm not a big fan of weight loss pills that do that... what they do is cause your thyroid to overproduce to boost your metabolism... I would recommend to you "Hot Rox" it doesnt mess with your thyroid, and it allows you to burn off fat in the bloodstream as energy rather than just pass it through your system faster...
good luck! set a goal for yourself, and make a commitment to it! Keep that commitment, and I PROMISE you you wont be disappointed!!!
