Can I get Noggin if I have cablevision?

I like to watch south of nowhere and degrassi when im at other peoples house, but i want to get the channel for myself...is this possilbe

AND, is south of nowhere on DVD anywhere.

I have it on digital cable.

i dont yhink so. call ur company and ask if they have it. i kno they have degrassi on dvd but im not sure with south of nowhere
